McDonald (410) 278-2372 (Site Code DAAD05) Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to renovate the first floor of Building 4305 located in the Aberdeen Area of Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. All work shall be done in strict accordance with Specification Number 42FF-96 and any drawings referenced therein. The principle features include but are not limited to the following: demolition work, architectural work, structural work, mechanical work, plumbing work, fire suppression sprinkler work, electrical work, additive work, furnishings and cleanup. This acquisition is solicited using Full and Open Competition. All responsible sources will be considered for award. Work shall be complete within 365 calendar days after the contractor receives the Notice to Proceed. The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
