This medical center requires the services of a contractor to remove existing and install new sheet vinyl in our 8-suite Operating Room Area. The contract documents also require additional work such as patching and painting, and adding wall protection and corner guards. The successful contractor will demonstrate the resources, experience and expertise to adhere to the project phasing and coordination plan, which is designed to work around the ongoing function of the Operating Room staff and patients. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price contract on or about 8/3/98, following an evaluation of the best overall value, price and other factors considered. In order to be considered responsive to the Government's Request for Proposals (RFP), each offeror must submit a price proposal and a separate technical proposal in accordance with the evaluation factors described in the RFP. The project magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000, with a mandatory completion time of 84 days, including mobilization and demobilization.
