All work shall be accomplished in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This procurement will be issued unrestricted with SDB preference. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 24 Jul 98. Plans and specifications will be furnished upon a written request on standard 8 1/2" X 11" stationary only. Copies of plans and specifications will be available for public review at the 9th Contracting Squadron, Beale AFB, CA. Bidders Mailing Lists will be distributed by mail only, following a written requests. Under no circumstances will the bidders mailing lists be FAXed. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
