This project consists of the repair and alteration of the interior of Bldg. No. 605, Marine Corps Support Activity, Richards-Gebaur Memorial Airport, Kansas City, MO. The project will involve demolition, carpentry, drywall, electrical, mechanical, flooring, painting and other specialty trades. Approximately 3,000 square feet of unfinished storage space will be converted into office space. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. The SIC is 1542, the small business size standard is $17 million. The solicitation issue date will be on or about 3 Jul 98 and the closing date will be on or about 28 Jul 98. The solicitation is unrestricted and will be issued under simplified acquisition procedures; award will be based on price and price related factors. No offer guarantee will be required.
