Provision and installation of interior components including office partitions, finishes (acoustical ceiling tile, acoustical wall covering, vinyl wall covering, ceramic tile, carpet and paint), men's and woman's toilet rooms, plumbing system, fire protection/suppression system, electrical system and HVAC systems. Building additions will be constructed of concrete block with Exterior Insulation and Finish System applied. Interior of additions will be finished similar to above. Site work and landscaping adjacent to the building is included. Construction will be phased to allow for the removal and reinstallation of network computer equipment into a construction trailer. Bid issue will be 10 July 98. Bid opening will be 14 August 98. Performance period will be three hundred ten (310) calendar days. Estimatedcost of construction is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. This procurement is being solicited in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Replies to this notice are requested from all business concerns. The small business size standard applicable to this project is a concern, including its affiliates, with average annual receipts from its preceeding three years not exceeding &17,000,000.00. The SIC (Standard Industrial Classification) Code applicable to this project is 1542.
