65 -- PRESCRIPTION EYEGLASSES SOL RFQ 618-02-99 DUE 073198 POC Janice Byrd 612-725-2188 The Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 13 intends to issue a solicitation for prescription eyeglasses for eligible veterans located in the jurisdiction of VISN 13 which includes the state of North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, and selected counties in the states of Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska and Wyoming. Delivery must be in seven days or less. The successful contractor must have fax capability. Period of performance is October 1, 1998 through September 30, 1999 with four (4) one-year renewal options, subject to the availability of funds.
