Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to clarify requirements. Requirements for the scan rate and scan angle are as follows: the scan angle step size must be equal to or less than 0.01 degrees; three dimensional scans (zenith and azimuth) less than 50 seconds; two dimensional scans in less than 10 seconds; zenith angle -10 to 90 degrees; azimuth angle from -10 to 190 degrees; and scan rate >25 degrees per second. This amendment is also to address the location of Internet Note 1 and Note B. Any referenced notes can be viewed at URL: http://genesis.gsfc.nasa.gov/nnotes.htm.
