The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAX) 97-04. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A J&A for Other than Full and Open Competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. This procurement shall cover the following items: CLIN 1. FleetAnywhere Base System License, up to 1,500 active units, Qty. 1; CLIN 2. Fleet Anywhere Motor Pool Module, dispatch, Qty. 1; CLIN 3. On-Site Base System Training, person-days, Qty. 10; CLIN 4. Implementation Assistance Services, per person-days, Qty. 10; CLIN 5. Project management services, Qty. 40; CLIN 6. Automated Fuel Interface, Qty. 1; CLIN 7. Batch Interface, Fleet Anywhere to PWCMIS, Qty. 1. FOB Lorton, VA. No partial quotes will be considered. No substitutions will be allowed. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice is not a request for competitive proposal. All proposals received within 3 days of the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
