Position classification consistency review of GS-930 Series position in the Department of Agriculture's (USDA) National Appeals Division (NAD). NAD has a requirement to conduct a position classification consistency review of approximately 90 positions currently classified to the GS-930 Series in the Federal position classification system. The positions are located nationwide. The contractor will perform work in position classification under the oversight of USDA personnel officials located in Washington, D.C. The contractor will develop a structured questionnaire to obtain relevant job information from all incumbents, conduct telephone and on-site audit interviews, review and develop documentary job information, prepare written job evaluation statements, prepare written summary reports, and make recommendations for changes to position descriptions and position management practices.
