The contract would involve maintaining control of problem aquatic plants using such methods as chemical, biological, mechanical or combination thereof. The target species may include water hyacinth, water lettuce, hydrilla, and Melaluca. Contract will be a cost plus award fee contract with performance, commencing 1 January 1999 and ending 30 September 1999. Four Options for 4 additional years will be included in the contract.
