This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. Solicitation No. DAHA1198T6267 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-04. The Standard Industrial Industrial Code (SIC) for this procurement is 7372 and the small business size standard is $18.0. This solicitation is set aside for small business. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. All prospective quoters must be registered in the CCR and return all requested items to be considered responsible. Requirement is for delivery of and installation of software to include on-site training as follows: TELEMATE 3550 software for Windows (V3XIREF): 1 ea; installation of TELEMATE 3550; 2 additional years of support; 2 days of on-site training. Required delivery date shall be determined by Contracting Officer's Technical Representative at time of award. The Government anticipates a single firm-fixed price award to the responsible contractor whose quote is most advantageous to the Government considering price and price related factors: technical expertise, past performance and ability to meet Government's time frame.
