SOLE SOURCE PROFESSIONAL, ADMINISTRATIVE AND MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES The General Services Administration (GSA) intends to issue a sole source order. The order will procure the services of the Bureau of National Affairs, Inc., 9435 Key West Avenue, Rockville, MD 20850, for a renewal to a subscription for the BNA Environmental Library on CD via intranet. The Bureau of National Affairs, Inc. designed, developed and is the primary manufacturer of the Environmental library. The Bureau of National Affairs, Inc. was found to be the only known vendor that could effectively meet the limited time restraints of GSA.
