SOLE SOURCE SERVICES PROFESSIONAL, ADMINISTRATIVE AND MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES The General Services Administration (GSA) intends to issue a sole source order. The order will procure the services of Arcon Master Systems, 332 East 500 South Street, Salt Lake City, UT 84142, for a renewal of the subscription to MASTERSPEC that has been specifically tailored to enable executives of the Public Buildings Service of GSA in the use of the MASTERSPEC construction guide specification data base. Arcon Master Systems was found to be the only known vendor with the most cost effective method of providing a PBS construction guide specification.
