The contractor shall provide Grounds Maintenance services at the U.S. Coast Guard Integrated Support Command (ISC) San Pedro and USCG Pointe Vincente, San Pedro, CA. The successful offeror will provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform grounds maintenance services at ISC San Pedro and Pointe Vincente. Services will be procured using procedures in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.6, Test Programs for Certain Commercial Items. Technical proposal will be required, award will be made on best value to the Government. Notification to unsuccessful offerors will be given only if requested. Offeror's will be required to submit a price proposal and a technical proposal under separate cover. The period of performance will be from 01 October 1998 through 30 September 1999. There will be four (4) one year option periods; if all options are exercised thecontract term will end on 30 September 2003.
