Post Office in Cranston, R.I. The preferred area is North by Park
Avenue; South by Colonial Avenue; East by Grace Street; West by
Resevoir Avenue. The space requirements are 4,000 sf net interior
space; 700 sf platform; 66,000 sf minimum site size. The term is for 20
years with three 5-year renewal options. Proposals will be received
through August 28, 1998, and must be submitted by principals only, on
specified forms and in accordance with the official advertisement for
space. Solicitation packages may be purchased by sending a
non-refundable cashier's check or money order made payable to "USPS
Disbursing Officer" in the amount of $25.00 to the attention of Kelly
