Yellow Bird, Contract Specialist, (505) 346-7576 The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Albuquerque Area Office, Branch of Roads, requires construction services on Project No. SP801(1)2&4, Pico Butte Road. The project is located on the Jemez Indian Reservation, Sandoval County, New Mexico. The Project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and incidentals necessary for grade, drain, aggregate base course, hot asphaltic concrete surface, and culverts in roadway construction. The project is 756 meters in length. The estimate cost range for this project is between $250,000 to $500,000. Contract performance time to complete this work will be set at 120 calendar days. Project specifications will be in accordance with Standard Specification of Construction or Roads and Bridges on Federal Highway Projects, FP-96. Liquidated damages will be assessed in accordance with Subsection 108.04 of FP-96. Opening of bids will occur on August 6, 1998, at 10:00 am. The contract will be awarded on an "All or None" basis.
