The Army requires a contract to Construct a Range Control Supply Storage Building and Construct MPRC Washrack in strick accordance with specifications and drawings, subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract. The work for the Range Control Supply Storage Building includes, but is not limited to Contruction of a pre-engineered metal building. Roof pitch of rigid frame, foundations are concrete with 6-inch concrete slab. Exterior skin is metal roofing and siding. Interior finishes are vinyl composition title flooring, gypsum wallboard, and suspended acoustical title ceilings. Doors and windows are wood, and hollow metal. The work for the Construct MPRC Washrack includes, but is not limited to clearing, grading, construction of a concrete washrack and installation of a new oil water separator, water supply line, discharge piping and electrical service.The applicable SIC Code is 1542 and the magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000.
