Removal and replacement of indicated area of aggregate surfaced built-up roof system to include nailers, insulation, membrane flashing, and sheet metal on roof area as indicated. Work includes removal of asbestos containing base flashing materials. Removal and replacement of indicated area of modified bitumen roofing and base flashing system, to include wet insulation in roof area as indicated. Alternate no. 1 includes modification of existing parapet coping system on roof area as indiciated on drawing. SITE VISIT IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO RECEIPT OF QUOTE.
