This is an indefinite quantity contract. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, supplies, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform and complete all types of roofing systems and coatings on buildings and related work, including fascias, soffits, flashings, ventilators, vents, rain gutters and down spouts. Work also includes replacement of missing or deteriorated wood decking, sheathing, roof framing members, removal and replacement of insulating concrete, insulation board and other insulation, light weight steel beams, walkways, steel ladders, roof hatches and painting as related to roofing projects. Work also includes weathering-in and other emergency response calls. Work is located at Naval Air Station Corpus Christi, Texas, Naval Station Ingleside, Texas, and Naval Air Station Kingsville, Texas. Minimum guarantee is $25,000 per year. Contract period is for a twelve month base period with an option to extend yearly for a not to exceed amount of 36 months. The proposed contract listed here is unrestricted.
