Parent, Contracting Officer, 813-828-3815x346 This acquisition is to repair the roofs on five General Officers' Quarters roofs at MacDill AFB, FL. The project shall be in five phases, one phase per building. Each phase shall be 21 calendar days and the contractor will only be allowed to work on one roof at a time. Offerors will submit proposals on clay and cement tile roofs. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The solicitation will be issued on or about 07 July 1998. Proposals will be due on or about 10 August 1998. This is not a sealed bid procurement, basis of award will be "price, performance trade-off". Offerors will be evaluated on their past performance experience in addition to price. This procurement will be issued unrestricted.
