66 -- AUTOMATED MEASUREMENT SYSTEM SOL SP071098R0008 DUE 073198 POC Linda Dodson, Contract Specialist, 614-692-3430 The Defense Supply Center Columbus (DSCC), OH has a need for a "turnkey" Automated Measurement System. The test system will be used to perform electrical tests on components including resistors, capacitors, inductors, relays, transformers, and other electrical devices. The system is to consist of the following six "test stations"; relay, transformer, passive devices, meter calibration, microwave network analyzer and auxiliary. Each test station will have the capability of being controlled by a computer connected to a Local Area Network. DSCC will provide the LAN and workstation controllers for the system. The contractor shall provide internal PCMCIA to IEEE-488 Interface Cards, all system software, and all other hardware for the system. The base software for the system should be a commercially available application such as Hewlett Packard's "VEE", National Instruments "Lab View", or Capital Equipment's Test Point or any commercially available software which fulfills system requirements. Three of the test stations (passive components, transformers, and relays) require a custom interface (to the base software) which facilitates rapid test program development.
