A one-part, siloxane emulsion for temporary color restoration, "new look," "beautifying" and water repellence to plastic or painted surfaces in accordance with Commercial Item Description A-A-2702. This acquisition is a five year fixed-price contract with economic price adjustment for delivery to various GSA depots. The invitation for bids (IFB) will be issued in electronic format through GSA's Electronic Posting System (EPS). The IFB will be available on the internet at http://eps.arnet.gov on or about July 7, 1998. GSA does not intend to provide paper copies of the IFB.
