89 -- SOFT DRINK SUPPLY SOL RFQ 276-0003-8 DUE 080698 POC Jake Anderson, Jr., Contracting Officer, (214) 767-5032 The Federal Bureau of Prisons, South Central Regional Office, Dallas, Texas intends to make a single award of a firm-fixed price, requirement type contract for the purchase of the following flavored carbonated soft drinks: Cola, Diet Cola, Lemon Lime, Cherry Cola, Root Beer, Orange, Strawberry, Ice Tea, and Caffeine Free Diet Cola. The unit of issue is Bag-In-Box (BIB). The Contractor shall provide all equipment for installation, with all charges to be included in the price of the offer. All equipment required by the Contractor, will remain the property of the Contractor. The period of performance is for one base year (12 months) with four (4) one-year options for renewal. Deliveries will be made to approximately 18 Federal Correctional Institutions located through out the South Central Region. Award will be made on an "All or None" basis. Deliveries shall not exceed two (2) working days or as agreed to by the Institution Contracting Officer.
