Fixed Price Architectural/Engineering services are required for preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimating suitable for bidding and construction. The project is about 193,761 sf and includes administration, storage, workbays, fuel dispensing, vehicle washracks, vehicle parking, and the necessary environmental and infrastructure requirements. This will support the United States Property & Fiscal Office, the Combined Support Maintenance Shop, the Organizational Maintenance Shop, and the "B" Company, 29th Support Battalion, Hawaii Army National Guard. The facilities are required to accommodate the relocation of these functions from the Diamond Head Crater to Barbers Point. A masterplan report was completed in 1998. This report will be made available for review by those firms shortlisted. The Following options will be included: Construction Contract Support Services. The following phases may be included: Interior Design, Schematic Design, Design Developement, Contract Documents, and Contract Administration.
