D -- COMPUTER INSTALLATION, INTEGRATION AND MAINTENANCE SUPPORT SERVICES SOL N00024-98-R-4135 POC Chris Hannah, Contract Specialist, (703) 602-0200 The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to procure up to eight hundred and sixty-eight (868) man-hours of services to maintain the classified Information Technology (IT) systems and classified Local Area Network (LAN) that interface with the intelligence community as well as migrate the current Security Information Management System (SIMS) document control system to a Microsoft Access document control system. This effort also entails the procurement of direct materials and/or computer equipment necessary to support these services. The aforementioned services will be added to existing contract N00024-97-C-5175 with Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), Research and Development Company, 1213 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Suite 1500, Arlington, VA 22202. As the sole contractor involved with both the maintenance and integration of NAVSEA Scientific, Technical and Intelligence Office (STILO) ADP systems and hardware as well as having access to the Special Compartmented Information (SCI) operational interface with the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI), SAIC is the only offeror that can provide the required effort within the time constraints to meet mission requirements.
