Titus, Contracting Officer (618) 229-9539 The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) intends to issue on or after July 10, 1998, under full and open competition, a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the lease of two separate dedicated, full-period, full-duplex, 1.544 Mbps digital transmission circuits. One 1.544 Mbps circuit shall be the alternate communication path between Hawaii Tracking Station (HTS), Kaena, Hawaii, and Onizuka Air Station (OAS), California. The other 1.544 Mbps circuit shall be the alternate communication path between HTS and Falcon Air Force Base (FAFB), Colorado. Period of performance is a 12-month base period, with five, one-year options. A written request is required for placement on the bidder's mailing list for this RFP.
