Those interested are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the contracting office listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, and medical services, training opportunities, and treatment, to include furnishing subsistence, and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of facility shall be in the Harisburg, Pennsylvania area. Estimated number of inmate days is 10,965 for two-year base period and 5,475, 5,840 and 6,222 for option years one, two and three, respectively. Estimated RFP issue date is o/a July 17, 1998. Estimated closing date is o/a September 14, 1998. Contract base period is two years with three one-year options to renew.
