We are soliciting in-kind donations for the Base Fitness Centers, 7th Annual Turkey Shoot Raquet Tournament to be held at Elmendorf Air Force Base from 11 November through 16 November 1998. This tournament is well established with the community, and we expect great participation. The tournament consists of men's, women's, and junior divisions. The tournament will last four days with a banquet at conclusion. We are seeking sponsorship for the purchase and printing of approximately 120 T-shirts (with logo), food and beverages, and door prizes. We are also seeking awards in the form of Turkeys, Cornish Game Hens, Hams, etc. to be used as the title prizes. The total cost for this event is approximately $3,000. We will accept all or part sponsorship for this event. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsorship/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation can be accepted no later than 19 October 1998.
