Synopsis of the Government's requirement for Aircraft Maintenance and Flight Instruction for the Enhanced Flight Screening (EFS) Program at both Hondo Municipal Airport, Hondo TX, and the United States Air Force Academy, CO issued on 5 May 98 is amended to inform industry that the government intends to award a one-year, eight-month basic contract and six one-year option periods. In addition, OC-ALC, Tinker AFB will continue to write and administer the Contractor Operated Maintenance Base Supply (COMBS) contract to support the EFS Program.
