FAA, SOUTHWEST REGION'S QUALIFIED VENDORS LIST QUALIFIED/PREQUALIFED Vendor Listings There have been a lot of inquiries as to how to get on the Southwest's Region's Qualified/Prequalified Vendor Listings (QVL/PVL). The following information will explain what this office has done as well as what it is in the process of doing. A QVL is being established for meteorological weather observation services. If you have noth heard if you were placed on that QVL, or you want information as to how to get on that QVL, please fax your request to Ms. Cheryl Thomas at 817-222-5994. For construction we will be establishing a "construction vendor list". New applications will soon be available on our Internet site, for you to be able to print a copy and return it with the requested attachments. Or by faxing a request to Mr. Edward Dunagan at 817-222-5994 and an application will be mailed to you as soon as it becomes available. We expect the new applications to be available by the end of July. As soon as the new application becomes available a new Internet/CBD announcement will be posted which will fully explain the new process and the requirements to be approved. If you recently submitted a request for an application, you do not have to resubmit your request, as soon as the application becomes available it will be mailed to you. If you are currently on the construction QVL/PVL, you will be required to submit a new updated application, a new application will be mailed to you within a few weeks of it becoming available. No other QVL/PVL or vendor listing will be established by this office at this time, this includes requirements for supplies/equipment, security, janitorial, and all others not listed above. You will be able to submit a Standard Form (SF) 129 and submit that with your catalog which will be placed in our SF-129 file.
