S -- UTILITIES AND HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES SOL DOJ-SAS-8-W-0114 POC Contact Brenda Rogers, Contracting Officer, 202/307-1951, fax 202/307-1931 The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision to manage and perform all operations for the collection and transportation for off-site disposal of all refuse at the Department of Justice, Main Justice Building in Washington, D.C. Container requirements are as follows: One (1) 20 cubic yard open top container; One (1) stationary compactor which will be secured to a concrete base. The hopper of the stationary compactor shall have a capacity of two (2) cubic yards. A stake body truck shall be utilized to empty the debris from the open top container. The truck cannot exceed 10'3" in height including the compactor and open top container. The base period of performance is from October 1, 1998 through September 30, 1999. The contract term is for one year plus an option to extend the services for up to six months. One award will be made for all items. The proposed contract will be 100% set-aside for small business.
