Archer, Contracting Officer, (703) 325-5028 The Defense Special Weapons Agency (DSWA) is seeking firms with technical capabilities, experience, and systems to support security/guard force training in the area of firearms, force-on-force, and judgement/decision making for use by security forces guarding nuclear weapons in storage and/or transit within the Russian Federation. The offeror should have a demonstrated ability to provide exportable equipment and systems to the Russian Federation. The systems under consideration include, but are not limited to: laser engagement systems, firearms simulator training, firearms range equipment, scenario firearms simulator training systems. The offeror would procure any required and approved equipment and/or capabilities through commercially available sources and/or government furnished equipment (GFE), provide same to the designated organization within the Russian Federation, and ensure proper installation, system training, coordination, and integration of provided equipment, systems, and capabilities.
