Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct a new reinforced concrete and corrugated metal archpipe water control structure with metal grating platform at Lacreek National Wildlife Refuge in Martin South Dakota. Work includes the construction of an earthen training dike, removing existing Diversion #4 corrugated metal pipe culvert water control structure, removing all fill and sedimentation and reshaping Lake Creek channel to original contour. The solicitation will be issued on or about July 6, 1998. Performance period is 90 calendar days and work is scheduled for completion during this calendar year. Acquisition will be open to large and small businesses. Estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. There is no charge for solicitation documents. Plans will be available for inspection without charge at Lacreek National Wildlife Refuge in Martin South Dakota and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, 134 Union Blvd. Suite 140, Lakewood Colorado 80228 upon issuance of the invitation for bid.
