George Washington Memorial Parkway Project PRA-GWMP 1A66, in Arlington County, Virginia, consists of the reconstruction of the northbound George Washington Memorial Parkway from Key Bridge to the Spout Run Parkway; realignment of the southbound George Washington Memorial Parkway ramp to Key Bridge; realignment of Rosslyn Circle; and construction of a connector ramp to westbound U.S. Route 50. The project work includes drainage improvements; aggregate base and hot asphalt concrete pavement placement; removal of several structures; construction of guardwalls, retaining walls, and a pedestrian bridge; and other miscellaneous work. Principal items of work and approximate quantities are as follows: Structural Concrete: 1,800 CUYD; Embankment Construction: 20,400 CUYD; Hot Asphalt Concrete Pavement: 13,500 TON; Stone Masonry: 590 CUYD; and Stone Masonry Guardwall: 1,700 LNFT.
