KOPKO (914) 938-8176 (Site Code DAAG60) The successful contract shall be responsible for the investigation of all components of the existing elevator systems and provide recommendations to repair, rehabilitate, or replace the approximately 21 elevator systems in order to bring them to the standards specified in the solicitation. The recommendations shall be provided in a written report with all the necessary drawings, which will then be used to repair, renovate or replace the elevator systems. A detailed cost to repair, rehabilite, or replace the elevators shall be provided with the recommendations. The report and the drawings shall be stamped by a Professional Engineer registered in the state of New York. The types of elevators are electric or hydraulic for passenger or freight use. The scope of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Performance period is a twelve month base with 4 one year option periods. The Government intends to award an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type contract with multiple awards. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
