Interior work includes new partitions and finishes, movable partitions, new doors and frames, new floor and ceiling finishes, and renovation of existing kitchen areas and installl new kitchen equipment. Exterior work consists of the upgrade of the existing building including new covered entry area and conditioned entry vestibule, new covered side and rear entries, new enclosed access corridor and associated site work. Mechanical work involves installing new air handlers and boiler, associated ductwork, piping and pumps. Electrical work includes installing an existing generator with transfer switches, panels and wiring, new lighting, and associated electrical.
