This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for Quotation No. 98SQ340198 which incorporates all provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular No. 97-04. This is a small business set-aside, the SIC is 3317 and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. The Bureau of Reclamation, Yuma Area Office, Yuma Desalting Plant, has a requirement for (1) 54 screens, .040" slot, wired wrapped, flush thread, 304 stainless steel, 10' long X 3" inside diameter, 300' setting; (2) 86 each, 304 stainless steel thread casing, 10'long X 3" inside diameter, 300' setting; (3) 52 screens, .040" slot, wire wrapped, flush thread, 304 stainless steel, 10' long X 4" inside diameter, 500' setting; (4) 147 each, 304 stainless steel thread casing, 10' X 4" inside diameter, 500' setting; (5) 25 each, 304 stainless steel, flush thread casing, 20' X 4" inside diameter. FOB is destination. Delivery of the items shall be made with in 5 days after receipt of order or sooner to the Bureau of Reclamation, 7301 Calle Agua Salada, Yuma, AZ 85364. The deadline for receipt of bids is June 25, 1998, 4:15 p.m. Responses to this RFQ should be mailed to Bureau of Reclamation, Yuma Area Office, Attention: YAO-3120, P.O. Box D, Yuma, AZ 85366.
