McMahon, Contract Specialist (202) 324-4933 The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to negotiate, with Pulse Engineering, Inc., on a sole source basis for 100 each KIV-7 Rack Mount Assemblies with Dual Power Supplies, Model 3014-2. This requirement is sole source since it is the only known vendor that is capable of holding two (2) each KIV-7 units and redundant power supplies for added protection into a 19" rack. This requirement is under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) for Small Business-Small Purchase Set-Aside. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 3669 and the Business Size Standard is 750 employees.
