Hutfles, (412) 395-7479, Contracting Officer The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is interested in procuring Laboratory Analysis Services. These services consist of the analysis of various Inorganic Substance Tests, various Metal Tests for Water and Sediment Soils/Sludge Materials, various Organic Substance Tests for Water and Sediment/Soil/Sludge Materials. The sample types will include those for routine water quality testing; special testing for characterization of water, suspended sediment, in phase stream sediment, and soils; and testing for hazardous, toxic, or radioactive wastes in water, sediment, soil, and sludge. Quality Assurance and Quality Control Reports pertaining to samples analyzed, to be furnished, in support of orders issued. The samples will be collected by government personnel, in Government containers and sent to contractor facility for analysis to be performed. Samples will be collected from various streams, lakes, surface waters, groundwater's, sediments, soils, sludge's and facilities located within the Pittsburgh District. It is anticipated the period of performance will be for a Base Period with 4 (1) year options.
