Contractor shall have enough full time staff to complete complex task orders at any time of the year. The contractor's partners, principals and audit managers shall be certified public accountants. The contractor shall also have a license to practice public accounting issued by a state or other political sub-division of the United States. This requirement is being competed as a negotiated, unrestricted acquisition. This contract is to run for one year, with four one year options. The estimated starting date is October 1, 1998.
