Furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment incidentals, and management services necessary to supply and delivery 3 megawatts (MW) of electrical energy on a continuous basis to Scott AFB IL 62225, through Illinois Power Company meter number 93845020. Power to be supplied in accordance with the terms and conditions of Illinois Power Company's services classification 37 (Direct Energy Access Service). Firm electrical energy to be provided on a continuous 24-hour per day basis. Vendor will provide energy management services required to supply requested energy service. These services should include, but are not limited to, the purchase, transportation, and balancing of electrical energy to provide 3 MW of demand continuously, resulting in 72,000 kilowatt (kwh) per hour of power every 24-hour period for the duration of the contract.
