Docks are framed with aluminum structural members and include aluminum grating and hand railing. Each platform will support an electric boat lift (marine elevator type) with a capacity of approximately six tons. Work includes concrete foundations, a raised grating connecting walkway, installing power winches to lift the platforms out of the water during the winter, electrical work required for the winches and lifts, and misc. site work. Estimated magnitude of construction in terms of physical characteristics is between $100,000 and $250,000. Period of performance is 120 calendar days.
