Location of the work is the U.S. Coast Guard Air Station, Houston, Texas. This solicitation is issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business participation. This solicitation/contract will incorporate all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 97-04. The SIC Code is 1793 and the size standard is $7.0M.
