The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), has a requirement for alteration services in the library area at 12201 Sunrise Valley Drive, Reston, Virginia 20191. THIS IS A SET ASIDE FOR SMALL EMERGING BUSINESSES. ONLY BUSINESSES HAVING GROSSED LESS THAN 8.5M AVERAGE DURING THE PAST 3 YEARS SHOULD RESPOND. A site visit is scheduled for Thursday, July 2, 1998 at 9:30 a.m.. This will be the only site visit scheduled. All interested bidders shall meet in the hallway outside the room 6A331. Contractors must notify the Contracting Officer of their intention to attend the site visit at fax number 703/648-7901 no later than 3 p.m., Wednesday, July 1, 1998. Mechanical general scope and drawings shall be picked up at the site visit or may be requested in writing to the USGS, Reston, Virginia . There will be a NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGE of $55.00 for each set of plans and specifications that are mailed. You MAY NOT charge your request to a corporate Visa or MasterCard Credit Card.
