PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: Contractor shall provide all plant, materials, equipment, tools and labor required to perform the work necessary to complete the project in accordance with the contract specifications and drawings. Work consists of but is not limited to: Extend existing walls to the underside of the roof deck, remove and replace the existing air handler unit, install a new direct digital control system and a humidification system to provide adequate environmental controls for the labs in building 22-064. Magnitude is between $250,000.00 -- $500,000.00. Performance period is 120 calendar days. This is a straddle bid. Solicitation will be available on or about 14 JUL 98 with a Closing Date of 14 AUG 98. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Specifications and drawings will be available on CD ROM only. Format for the specifications is Word 6.0. The drawings are Autocad 12. There may be a cost for the package which will be determined before issuance. Package will be sent upon written request.
