30 -- SEAL, RUDDER POST SOL N00181-98-Q-0121 POC Nancy Hayden, Code 531.4A, (757) 396-8346; Nancy Hassell-Sitar, Code 531, (757) 396-8346 It is the intent of Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Naval Shipyard Annex, to contract with John Crane Marine USA to purchase one (1) each rudder post seal, 36.5" diameter, type ES (antipolution), P/N US73404-02 and Technical Representative Services to assist Norfolk Naval Shipyard with first time installation. Technical representative shall provide all necessary tools and equipment required to install a vulcanized seal assembly as described in NAVSHIPS Technical Manual S9562-AJ-0MI-010. The seal shall be received in sufficient time for the technical representative to begin assisting with the installation tentatively scheduled to start 10/10/98. This procurement is subject to the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) pursuant to FAR Part 13.
