Demolition of designated portions of building 3031 structure and existing curb, gutter, walksways and pavements. Site grading to accommodate new structures and storm sewer systems. Construction of new pre-engineered (approximately 2,000 square feet) additions to building 3031 and construction of new detached pre-engineered shed (approximately 1,000 square feet).
