The original items were provided to the Governemtn under the National Weather Service NexRad Radar Program. The prime contractor for these items was Westinghouse (Northrup Gruman). The Government intends to solicit to only one source under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253 (c) (1). This is not a call for proposals. Interested parties encouraged to respond to this announcement within 15 days of of its publication and shall submit in writing, its name, address, point of contact, telephone number, business size and a brief statement regarding its capability to provide the specified supply and the names, telephone numbers, and points of contract for businesses or other Government agencies to which it had previouslu provided similar supplies. No response will be provided to those inquiries which fail to provide the information requested. This information shall be submitted to the address stated herein or may be faxed to 8126-426-5067. All request for solicitatin should be received no later than 15 days from date of publication of this announcement. Award is anticipated approximately 45 days from date of publication.
