B -- HERITAGE INVENTORIES SOL RFP RMAST-98-146 DUE 080498 POC Contract Brenda Oster 605/673-2251, Wayne Kewley, Contracting Officer Purpose of this inventory is to identify, record, and evaluate for the National Register of Historic Places, all historic and all prehistoric properties within the inventory areas. Data derived from this project will be used for compliance with the requirements of Section 106 of the National Historic preservation Act as amended, and the Archeological Resources Protection Act as amended pertaining to potential effects on heritage resources. No Section 110 compliance activities are solicited. The technical proposal will be evaluated in accordance with the following factors; 1)technical approach, 2) past performance, 3) experience, and 4) cost. Project includes three bid items with a total of approximately 13,536 acres. Contract time is 200 calendar days. All responsible sources will be considered by the agency. (0174)
