This is the fourth phase of a 6 phase project. The project will involve a survey of over 600 map and chart users and buyers who will be interviewed in two separate stages of research. The analyzed data will provide NOAA/NOS with market trends, and update on consumer requirement, and a better ovreall understanding of NOS consumer profile. Any other offerors that think they can provide these services are invited to submit in writing as to their capabilities and other pertinent data to the address above, to be received no later than 15 day after the date of this notice.
